What is the difference between a User, a Subscription, and a Plan?

  • A user can have multiple subscriptions

Subscription:

The subscription encompasses the SIM card and the associated phone number, establishing a direct connection to both the user and the selected service plan.

  • What the SIM and phone number are connected to

    • Only 1 SIM can be active on a subscription at a time

  • Can only have 1 plan active at a time

Plan:
