Can an end-user reactivate their plan?

Edited

Welcome to our guide on managing your subscription status! Whether you've canceled your subscription or it has expired, we’re here to help you understand how to navigate these situations smoothly. Let’s dive into the details!

Resuming a Canceled Subscription

You can resume a canceled subscription as long as it hasn’t expired yet. To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Subscription page.

  3. Click on the “Actions” dropdown menu.

  4. Select “Resume Subscription” from the menu.

📌 Remember that if the subscription has already expired, you won’t be able to resume it.

What to Do with an Expired Subscription

Unfortunately, once a subscription has expired, it cannot be reactivated by the end user or through the Dashboard. However, you can still purchase a new plan for a SIM with an expired subscription.

Understanding Subscription Status on My Plans

When a subscription is canceled, it will remain visible on your My Plans page until the end of the current subscription period. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription, it will show until the end of that month. After this period, the status will change from “canceled” to “expired.” Once a subscription is marked as expired, it will no longer appear on your My Plans page.

Reactivating an Expired SIM Card

To reactivate an expired SIM card, you must go through the activation flow on the Connect web app. This process will create a new subscription for you, which will be displayed on your My Plans page.

Phone Number Assignment

Once the subscription is re-created, you’ll be pleased to know that the same phone number from your previous subscription will be assigned to the new one. This is because the service provider reserves your number for you.
