Steps to Check Data Usage

Follow these easy steps to find out if any data has been used on an end-user plan:

1. Log in to the Gigs Dashboard

You start by logging into your Gigs account and accessing the Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Subscription Tab

Once you're in the dashboard, look for the Subscription tab. This is where you can find all the information related to your plans.

3. Check the Usage Icon

You will notice an icon between the Plan and User columns in the Subscription tab. If you hover over this icon, a pop-up will appear confirming whether the plan has had any active usage. This is a quick and easy way to get the information you need!

4. View Specific User Details

If you want to check the data usage for a specific user, click on their page. At the top, you will see the same icon. Hovering over the text will provide you with the same usage information.
