View subscriber usage data

Welcome to our guide on accessing and interpreting usage data within your subscription records! This feature is designed to help you keep track of your data, voice, and text usage over the past month. Let’s dive in!

To view your usage data, navigate to the Dashboard within your subscription record. Here, you will find all the information you need.

Once you select a subscription, you can review the Usage Overview charts. These charts represent your data, voice, and text usage over the past 30 days.

In the upper right corner of the chart, you will notice the usage from the previous period displayed in gray. This feature lets you quickly compare your current usage with the past, helping you make informed decisions about your subscription needs.
