Steps to Check Data Usage
To determine if any data has been used on an end-user plan, please follow these easy steps:
Log in to the Gigs Dashboard.
Navigate to the Subscription tab Once you're in the dashboard.
Look for an "Active" icon between the “Plan” and “User” columns. If you hover over this icon, a pop-up will confirm whether the plan has been used actively.
Click on a specific user’s page for a more detailed view. The same icon is at the top, which can be checked by hovering over the text.
