The verification code I received by email does not work.

Verification codes will expire after 5 minutes of being generated. If you attempt to use the code after that time, it will not work. Please try to resend the verification code to your email address by clicking the 'Resend Security Code' button. Upon delivery, use the latest code.

If the code has not expired, please be sure that you are copy and pasting the code without any trailing space at the start or end of the code.

If you are manually typing it, be sure that you are typing it exactly.

In the instance that the code is still not working, please request a new one.
