How do multiple plans work?

Having multiple plans:

You can have multiple plans on one Gigs Connect account. However, please note that one plan is associated with only one device and one SIM.

Therefore, before you can add another plan, you would need to purchase another device. Once you have another device, it's easy to set up — just log into your Gigs Connect account, go to the 'My Plans' section, and select 'Add a Plan'. The exception to this would be an instance where you have a device that is able to support both a physical and digital SIM, and you have set up a plan for each type of SIM.

What if the plans are on different accounts?

While you can have multiple user accounts with different plans on those accounts, it's important to note that we are not able to combine user accounts to consolidate them.
