We have great news if you recently canceled your subscription but are considering returning it. You can easily reactivate your account and keep your original phone number as long as you do so within 60 days of cancellation. This guide will walk you through the steps to reactivate your subscription smoothly.

Important Timeframe

❗️Reactivate your subscription within 60 days of cancellation to retain your original phone number. If more than 60 days have passed, you must start fresh with a new subscription, which includes a new SIM card and phone number.

Steps to Reactivate Your Subscription

Follow these simple steps to reactivate your Gigs subscription within the 60-day window:

  1. Log into your Gigs Connect account using the same email address associated with your original subscription.

  2. Click on ‘Add a Plan.’ Under the header ‘Your SIMs,’ you will find a list of your existing SIM cards.

  3. Select your existing SIM and follow the prompts to create a new subscription.

  4. When prompted to choose a phone number, select “Get New Phone Number”.

Final Steps

Once you've completed these steps, the system will automatically re-allocate the phone number you had with your original subscription. It's that easy!
