Switching Plans
As an end-user, you won't be able to directly switch your existing subscription to a different plan. However, you can easily cancel your subscription and purchase the desired plan using the same SIM card.
Important Notes
❗️Before you make the switch, please keep in mind the following:
No existing credits or payments will be rolled to the new subscription. Each subscription is treated as a completely separate payment entity.
Once you create a new subscription with the desired plan, your previous phone number will typically be assigned to this new subscription. This is because the service provider reserves your number for you.
To ensure that your phone number is reserved, please create the new subscription on the same day you cancel the old one.
