How do I turn my eSIM on or off?

After you install your eSIM, you can turn your eSIM on or off as needed. Please use this as a general guide on how to do this.

iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data

  3. From the 'SIMs' section, tap the eSIM you want to turn on/off

Android:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Go into SIM cards & mobile networks

  3. Scroll down to Manage eSIM

  4. Click on the eSIM you with to turn on/off

Samsung Galaxy:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Go to Connections

  3. Go to SIM Manager

  4. Click the toggle to turn on/off the eSIM
