Reactivating Your Phone Number
As an end-user, you can easily reactivate your phone number as long as you do so within 60 days of canceling your subscription. If more than 60 days have passed, you must create a new subscription with a new SIM card and phone number.
Steps to Reactivate Your Phone Number
To reactivate your phone number within the 60-day window, please follow these simple steps:
Log into your Gigs Connect account using the email address you used for your original subscription.
Click on ‘Add a Plan’. Under the header ‘Your SIMs’, you will see a list of existing SIM cards. Select your existing SIM and follow the prompts to create a new subscription.
When prompted to choose a phone number, select “Get New Phone Number”.
The system will automatically re-allocate the phone number you had with your original subscription, making the process seamless!

Purchasing a new plan on a SIM with an expired subscription is possible within 60 days of canceling the original plan.
Once the subscription is re-created, the same phone number from your previous subscription will be used, as the service provider has reserved it for you.
Remember, this action must be taken within 60 days of canceling your original plan to ensure you can keep your old number. After 60 days, you must create a brand-new subscription with a new SIM card.
