How can I see if an end-user has used any data?

In order to check whether any data has been used on an end-user’s plan follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to the Gigs Dashboard.

  2. In the dashboard:

    1. Look under the Subscription tab.

    2. You will see an icon in-between the “Plan” and “User” columns. If you hover over the icon, a pop-up will confirm whether the plan has had an active usage (see picture below).

    3. You can also click into a specific user’s page, and you will see the same icon appear at the top, which can also be checked by hovering over the text.
