Can an end-user switch their plan?

An end-user cannot switch an existing subscription to a different plan, but they can cancel their existing subscription and purchase the desired plan on that same SIM.

Please note that no existing credits or payments will be rolled over to the new subscription - it is treated as an entirely different payment entity.

Once the subscription is created using the new plan, the same phone number as the previous subscription will usually assigned to this new subscription, as it has been reserved for this user by the service provider. Please ensure that new subscriptions are created within the same day to ensure that the number has been reserved.
