As a subscriber, if you need to update your caller ID to show a different name, you will need to contact your carrier with this request. When contacting them, please be sure to include the following information:
Your phone number
Current Caller ID name
Desired Caller ID name
As the carrier (or Gigs customer) you will need to contact Gigs support to get the Caller ID updated. With your request, please include the following:
ICCID
MDN
Current Caller ID name
Desired Caller ID name
Please note: With a T-Mobile SIM, it may only be possible to update the Caller ID to "WIRELESS CALLER".
