Vouchers Tab

In this tab you'll see any Vouchers ever created in your project, including those currently available and those that have been retired. In the overview you can see the key details of each plan row by row, such as the discount offered, overall number of times it has been redeemed, when it expires and when it was created.

A Voucher needs the following attributes:

• Name

• Discount: % or fixed amount

• Duration: The number of periods for which a Voucher’s discount will apply once redeemed

• Redemption limits:

  • Setting an expiration date to limit the date range when this Voucher can be redeemed

  • Limiting the total number of times this Voucher can be redeemed

To set up any Vouchers, take a look at this article and reach out to the Gigs team with your request. We are working on the possibility of making this accessible via the Dashboard, so stay tuned for updates.

Individual Voucher Code pages

Each Voucher can be redeemed by an end user using a Voucher Code. Codes will reflect all the attributes of a Voucher, but not the other way round.

Please note:A voucher can only be redeemed during checkout on a new subscription.
