Welcome to the Gigs documentation! This article provides a comprehensive overview of how to manage subscriptions within your project. From filtering and exporting data to adding new subscriptions, we’ve got you covered!
Overview
In the Subscriptions tab, you’ll find a quick overview of all subscriptions in your project, along with relevant information for each subscription. Here’s what you can expect to see:

You can also quickly filter the results by their status by clicking on the subtitles (or tabs) directly under the Subscriptions page title. These are labeled as follows:
All: Shows all subscriptions in your project
Active: Shows all active subscriptions, including those that have been canceled but not yet ended
Canceled: Shows all canceled subscriptions that haven't ended yet
Pending: Shows all subscriptions that have a pending status and haven't been activated yet

Add Subscription
This exciting new feature will soon be released. It will allow dashboard members to create their own subscriptions directly from the dashboard.
Export
Clicking the Export button in the Subscriptions tab allows you to export all the currently filtered information into CSV format. Our customers typically use this feature for internal reporting or other record-keeping needs.
Search Bar
The search bar is a handy tool that can be used to find a specific subscription in your project. This is particularly useful as your user base grows with Gigs. You can search using the ICCID, IMEI, or subscription ID.
Individual Subscription Pages
If you click on an individual subscription, you'll be taken to a page that provides more detailed information, including:
Usage
User
Plan
SIM
Device
Payments made during the subscription duration
The left side of the page also displays the subscription settings, including Period Length, Subscription Type, Phone Number, and Subscription ID. The CSV file exported from the main page includes all this information.
Actions
On this page, the Actions button in the top right corner allows you to perform several different actions, including:
Cancel the Subscription
Exchange the SIM associated with the Subscription
Replace the device associated with the subscription
Generate port-out credentials
Copy the ICCID, end-user email, or the subscription ID
If you choose to cancel a subscription, you will see a prompt asking for the following information:
When should the subscription be canceled?
Will there be a full refund or no refund?
What is the cancellation reason?
We hope this guide helps you navigate the Subscriptions tab easily. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
