What should we do with exchanged, used, or faulty physical SIM?

Exchanged SIM or Used SIM

  • All SIMs ready for exchange need to be deactivated if the used SIM is not actively linked to a subscription or user anymore. Ensure that ICCID has no more plans / active connectivity attached to it in the Dashboard.

  • Please note that once a SIM card has been deactivated, it will not be possible to use it with another device.

Faulty SIMs

  • Faulty SIMs cannot be used and should be discarded.

  • End-user should discard their SIMs if they are deemed broken or physically damaged.
