What is the Dashboard?

This is the one-stop-shop for anyone unfamiliar with the Dashboard.

Updated over a week ago

The Dashboard is the interface you'll use to manage all things Gigs connectivity. You can see real end-user data, conduct testing in demo environments and contact Gig's Support team directly.

How to get access to the Dashboard?

To get access to your company's Dashboard, please fill in this form. Once we have granted you access, you'll get an email with a link to the relevant dashboard.

For security reasons, you can only gain access to the Dashboard using 2 Factor Authentication. Every time you log in, you will receive an email to your mailbox with a 6 digit code. Copy and paste this code to log in to Dashboard.

What's in the Dashboard?

The basics:

First things first, you'll see the name of the project you're currently viewing in the top left corner. If your company has multiple projects, you can click on the small arrow next to the project name and choose which one to view. Please note you need to have access to each project or organisation level access (to all projects) to view this.

You can also view the account and email address you're logged in with in bottom left corner. You can click on the three dots next to this to log out of the Dashboard.

Key Sections:

The best place to start is by running through the different sections along the left hand side.

  • Users: Here you’ll be able to see all Users in your project, their contact information and whether they’re Verified or not.

  • Subscriptions: Here you’ll be able to see more details on all Subscriptions in your project, whether active or inactive.

  • SIMs: This is where you can see all the SIMs that are allocated to your project, including ICCIDs and whether they’re active or not.

  • Devices: Here are all the details regarding the Devices related to your Project, including the User and SIM tied to it. These are labelled according to whether they're in use or not.

  • Plans: This is where you can see the plans that relate to the subscriptions on your devices.

  • Vouchers: This page includes all vouchers, both available and retired. By clicking in to individual vouchers, you'll be able to see all the codes (active or inactive) that enable end users to get this discount.

You can export information from all of these pages (except the Voucher page) in a CSV format. Our customers use this typically for internal reporting, or other records if necessary.

By clicking the Support tab, our chat box will open up in the same window. You can message us directly, or email us at [email protected].

This page includes information regarding the Gigs API - including API Documentation and API Keys.

Launch Connect:

Where relevant, this section will open the Connect white-label flow. Please take care if going through this flow as it can affect data shown in the Dashboard. If you want to test the flow, we recommend doing so in a demo project, to avoid any impact on production data.
