In some cases the subscriber name and information may differ from the account details associated with the number porting account holder. The number porting details should match the account information associated with the donor carrier. For example, a user may have originally set up a phone number on a family plan where their parent is listed as the account holder. In case, the parent is the account holder, their first and last name should be provided along with the phone number to be ported in the number porting entry fields, while the user’s details should be included in the name, birthday, email and address.
