A top-up is a common add-on that allows you to add credit to your mobile subscription so that you can make calls, text or access the internet in additional quantities beyond what is defined in a plan.
How it Works
You can upgrade your plan or select from a choice of data top-ups at any time, directly in Connect.
Pre-requisites
To apply a top-up, you must have an active subscription with a base plan.
Types
Data only.
Network Activation
In most cases, top-ups will be effective within minutes. When you book a top-up, the amount of data in a period increases and stays until the period ends, or until an additional top-up is booked.
Please reach out to customer support if the top up has not completed within several hours.
Limitations
Only supports data top-ups
Gigs does support adding multiple top-ups to a subscription
Vouchers cannot be applied to top-ups
