If you are needing to reset the password for a user's voicemail, or if they are needing to update their voicemail password, please have them attempt the following (depending on the carrier):
AT&T:
To reset the voicemail password:
Please reach out to Gigs support
To change the voicemail password:
Open the dialer and press and hold 1
Enter your existing password
Select the following options in the menu:

then 2
then 1
then 1
Enter your new password
T-Mobile:
To reset the voicemail password:
Open the dialer and type in #793# and hit the call button
This should reset the voicemail password to the last 4 digits of the phone number
To change the voicemail password:
Call the voicemail
Select the following options:

Enter in the new password
O2 (Germany):
To reset the voicemail password:
Text RESET to 802901
You'll be sent a temporary password
You must change this password before you'll be able to listen to your messages
To change the voicemail password:
Call 901
Press *
Choose option 4
Follow the instructions for setting up a new password/PIN
