How to confirm SIM type beyond just the SIMs carrier

There may be occasions when you need to confirm a SIMs type beyond the carrier that the SIM is from. To do this, please log into the Gigs dashboard and follow the steps below:

  1. Locate the SIM in question, which can be done through:

    1. The user's subscription page by clicking on their SIM

  2. Click on the event log under Recent Activity for the SIM's creation or activation:

  3. Once in the event log for either Sim Created or Sim Activated, confirm the type of SIM by checking the provider:

You can also confirm remaining inventory of certain SIM types by doing the following in the Gigs dashboard:

  1. Go to the SIMs tab

  2. Click on Filter > Provider

    1. This will show the different types of SIMs that are in your inventory:
