There may be occasions when you need to confirm a SIMs type beyond the carrier that the SIM is from. To do this, please log into the Gigs dashboard and follow the steps below:
Locate the SIM in question, which can be done through:
The SIMs tab
The user's subscription page by clicking on their SIM
Click on the event log under Recent Activity for the SIM's creation or activation:
Once in the event log for either Sim Created or Sim Activated, confirm the type of SIM by checking the provider:
You can also confirm remaining inventory of certain SIM types by doing the following in the Gigs dashboard:
Go to the SIMs tab
Click on Filter > Provider
This will show the different types of SIMs that are in your inventory:
