Getting started with the Gigs Dashboard

The Gigs Dashboard is the primary tool for managing subscribers, subscriptions, SIMs, and billing.

Checking plan status, verifying features, confirming renewal dates

SIMs / eSIMs

ICCID, IMEI, profile status, activation state

Troubleshooting eSIM activation, checking profile state

Portings

Port-in and port-out requests, status, timestamps

Investigating delayed or failed ports

Invoices / Billing

Invoices, payment records, charge history

Confirming charges, investigating billing disputes

Events

Chronological log of all system events

Understanding what happened and when — always check before escalating

Subscription status reference

Status

Meaning

Active

Subscription is live and service is being provided

Pending

Created but not yet active — awaiting payment or eSIM installation

Suspended

Temporarily paused — usually due to failed payment

Cancelled

Terminated — service has ended or will end at cycle close

Expired

Plan period ended and was not renewed

Search tips

  • Search by email, phone number (MSISDN), ICCID, Subscription ID, or account name
  • Always use Subscription ID when raising a support escalation
  • Check the Events tab first on any complex issue — it's the most reliable source of truth
