Getting started with the Gigs Dashboard

The Gigs Dashboard is the primary tool for managing subscribers, subscriptions, SIMs, and billing.
Main sections
Section | What it shows | Common use cases |
Users / Accounts | Subscriber account details, email, status | Looking up a subscriber, confirming account details |
Subscriptions | Active and historical subscriptions, plan, billing dates, feature flags | Checking plan status, verifying features, confirming renewal dates |
SIMs / eSIMs | ICCID, IMEI, profile status, activation state | Troubleshooting eSIM activation, checking profile state |
Portings | Port-in and port-out requests, status, timestamps | Investigating delayed or failed ports |
Invoices / Billing | Invoices, payment records, charge history | Confirming charges, investigating billing disputes |
Events | Chronological log of all system events | Understanding what happened and when — always check before escalating |
Subscription status reference
Status | Meaning |
Active | Subscription is live and service is being provided |
Pending | Created but not yet active — awaiting payment or eSIM installation |
Suspended | Temporarily paused — usually due to failed payment |
Cancelled | Terminated — service has ended or will end at cycle close |
Expired | Plan period ended and was not renewed |
Search tips
- Search by email, phone number (MSISDN), ICCID, Subscription ID, or account name
- Always use Subscription ID when raising a support escalation
- Check the Events tab first on any complex issue — it's the most reliable source of truth
