Key subscription fields

What it tells you

Subscription ID

Unique identifier — always include in support escalations

Status

Active, Pending, Suspended, Cancelled, or Expired

Plan ID

The plan the subscriber is on — links to data cap, features, and pricing

MSISDN

The phone number assigned to this subscription

ICCID

The SIM or eSIM identifier — use for SIM-level investigations

Activation date

When the subscription became active and billing started

Renewal date

The next billing date

Feature flags

Which features are provisioned: voice, SMS, data, voicemail, roaming, VoLTE, VoWiFi, hotspot

Data usage

Current cycle usage vs the plan's data cap

Suspend and Resume

Performing Suspend immediately followed by Resume forces a provisioning resync between the Gigs platform and the carrier. Use for: eSIM stuck in an incorrect state, feature provisioning faults, or service not reflecting a recent plan change.

Suspending cuts the subscriber's service immediately. Only use when necessary and inform the subscriber in advance if possible. Never leave a subscription in Suspended state — either Resume it or escalate.

  2. Search or filter by phone number, user, or status
