After you install your eSIM, you can turn your eSIM on or off as needed. Please use this as a general guide on how to do this.
iOS:
Open the Settings app
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
From the 'SIMs' section, tap the eSIM you want to turn on/off

Android:
Open Settings
Go into SIM cards & mobile networks
Scroll down to Manage eSIM
Click on the eSIM you with to turn on/off
Samsung Galaxy:
Open Settings
Go to Connections
Go to SIM Manager
Click the toggle to turn on/off the eSIM
