If you've already installed your eSIM and/or lost your eSIM and need a replacement, please go here.
You will only be able to install your eSIM one time, and only after you've been assigned an eSIM number/QR code either via Connect, an activation email, or from your provider.
Depending on your device’s capability, and if you have more than one SIM currently on the device, you may need to temporarily disable or remove one of the SIM cards before trying to download the eSIM.
When you first get your eSIM, you will be provided with instructions on how to install it either via scanning the QR code, or with manual instructions. The below is a repeat of those instructions. Please note that these instructions will only work with a valid eSIM.
iPhone
iPhone Manual
Copy the SM-DP+ Address in the Gigs connect app. You will see the complete SM-DP+Address that you need to copy and paste to install your eSIM plan on your iOS device.
Open your iPhone’s Settings and select Cellular.
Select Add Cellular plan.
Select Enter Details Manually on the Add Data Plan screen.
Paste the SM-DP+ Address on the Enter Activation Code screen.
Copy the Activation Code in the Gigs connect app**.** You will see the complete Activation Code that you need to copy and paste to proceed with the installation.
Paste the Activation Code on the Enter Activation Code Screen.
Tap Next to complete the installation.

iPhone QR Code for Mobile
Check your email or share your QR code to another device to scan it with your iPhone camera.
Open your iPhone camera to scan the QR code you just shared.
Select Continue to complete installation.
Didn’t work? Try Manual Installation.
iPhone QR Code for Desktop
Open the camera of the iPhone where you will use this plan.
Scan your QR code with your iPhone.
Select Continue to complete installation.

Android
Android Manual
Copy the Network Provider Code in the Gigs connect app. You will see the complete activation code that you need to copy and paste to install your plan on your Android device.
Open your phone’s Settings and select Network & internet
Select SIMs on the Network & internet screen
Tap Download a SIM on the Connect mobile network screen
Select Next on the Download your SIM screen
Click Need help? on the Scan QR code from network screen
Select Enter it manually on the Help adding a network screen
Paste the Network Provider Code on the Add network provider screen
Tap Continue
Click Download when the system asks for the provider
Tap Settings to activate the plan when the download is finished
Finally, click Yes to activate the plan
Android Code for Desktop
Open your phone’s Settings and select Network & internet
Select SIMs on the Network & internet screen
Tap Download a SIM on the Connect mobile network screen
Select Next on the Download your SIM screen
Scan your QR code on the Scan QR code from network screen
Click Download when the system asks for the provider
Tap Settings to activate the plan when the download is finished
Finally, click Yes to activate the plan
Samsung
Samsung Manual
Copy the Activation code in the Gigs connect app. You will see the complete activation code that you need to copy and paste to install your plan on your Samsung device.
Open Settings and select Connections.
Select SIM card manager on the Connection screen.
Select Add mobile plan on the SIM card manager screen.
Select Scan carrier QR code on the Add mobile plan screen.
Select Enter code instead on the Scan QR code screen.
Paste the Activation code on the Add using activation code screen.
Click on the Connect button to finish.

Samsung QR Code for Mobile
To install the plan, save your QR code to your photo Gallery using the Save QR Code button.
Go to your phone’s Settings and select Connections.
Select SIM card manager on the Connection screen.
Select Add mobile plan on the SIM manager screen.
Select Scan carrier QR code on the Add mobile plan screen.
Tap the Image icon to use the QR code that you just saved in your device photo Gallery.
Select Mobile Plan to continue with the installation.
Select Phone on the Select device screen.
Select Confirm on the Add mobile plan screen to complete installation.

Samsung Code for Desktop
Open the camera of the Samsung phone where you will use this plan.
Scan your QR code with your Samsung device.
Select Mobile Plan to continue with the installation.
Select Phone on the Select device screen.
Select Confirm on the Add mobile plan screen to complete installation.
