How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method at any time from within the app. The new card will be used for all future charges including your next renewal.
How to update
- Open the app → Account or Billing
- Select Payment method, Manage payment, or Update card
- Enter your new card details and save
Updating your payment method does not trigger an immediate charge. It will be used from your next scheduled payment, or for any pending failed payment retry.
I have a failed payment — will updating my card fix it?
Yes. Updating your card with valid details allows the payment to be retried automatically.
My card details are correct but the update is not saving
- Check card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered exactly as they appear on your card
- If a popup appears from your bank asking to approve, make sure your browser is not blocking it — this is 3D Secure verification
- Try a different browser or reinstall the app if the issue persists
