My refund is delayed or missing

If you were expecting a refund but haven't seen it yet, here's what to check.
Check the status in the app
Open the app → go to your billing or payments section → look for a refund listed as Processed, Pending, or Completed. If it shows as Processed, the refund has been sent but may not have posted to your bank yet.
How long does it take?
Once issued, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. This timeline is outside our control once the refund is sent.
Things to confirm
- The refund was issued to the same card or payment method you used to pay
- Your card or account is still active — if it was closed or replaced, the refund may be returned and need to be reissued
- Check with your bank directly if the timeline has passed and nothing has appeared
Still nothing?
Contact support with your subscription details and the date of the expected refund. We can confirm whether it was processed and provide a reference number for your bank if needed.
