How do I request a refund?
Last updated: April 3, 2026
Refund eligibility depends on your plan terms and the circumstances of your request.
When a refund may be considered
- You were charged after cancelling your plan, and the cancellation was confirmed before the renewal date
- You were charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a billing error
- Your service was not provided or was significantly disrupted due to an issue on our end
When a refund is generally not available
- You cancelled your plan but the billing cycle had already started
- You did not use your plan during the cycle
- A data add-on was purchased and used
How to submit a refund request
- Open the app → Account, Billing, or Help
- Locate the charge you are querying
- Submit your request with the charge date, amount, and a brief explanation
How long does a refund take?
If approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
If the card used has since expired or been closed, the refund may not arrive automatically. Raise it through the app so the team can investigate.
