Fair use policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Our fair use policy ensures all customers get a reliable, consistent service. It applies to all plans, including those described as unlimited.
What your plan is intended for
Personal use on a single mobile device — everyday activities like browsing, streaming, messaging, calls, and similar personal use.
What is not covered by your plan
Using your SIM or eSIM in a router, fixed wireless device, or any equipment other than a personal mobile device — unless your plan explicitly includes this
Running automated scripts, bots, or applications that generate abnormally high or continuous data usage
Reselling or redistributing your service to other users
Using your plan for commercial purposes not covered by your plan terms
Unlimited plans
Unlimited plans include a defined amount of high-speed data per billing cycle. After that allowance is reached, your connection is reduced to a lower speed for the remainder of the cycle. The high-speed allowance for your plan is shown in your plan details in the app.
