Fair use policy
Last updated: April 3, 2026
Our fair use policy ensures all customers get a reliable, consistent service. It applies to all plans, including those described as unlimited.
What your plan is intended for
Personal use on a single mobile device — everyday activities like browsing, streaming, messaging, calls, and similar personal use.
What is not covered by your plan
- Using your SIM or eSIM in a router, fixed wireless device, or any equipment other than a personal mobile device — unless your plan explicitly includes this
- Running automated scripts, bots, or applications that generate abnormally high or continuous data usage
- Reselling or redistributing your service to other users
- Using your plan for commercial purposes not covered by your plan terms
Unlimited plans
Unlimited plans include a defined amount of high-speed data per billing cycle. After that allowance is reached, your connection is reduced to a lower speed for the remainder of the cycle. The high-speed allowance for your plan is shown in your plan details in the app.
