Cancellation, cooling-off, and refund policy
Last updated: April 3, 2026
This article explains your rights when cancelling a plan and when a refund may apply.
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel your plan at any time through the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. See How do I cancel my plan?
Cooling-off rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to cancel within a set period of activating your plan and receive a full or partial refund. These rights vary by region and are governed by the terms you agreed to at sign-up.
For the details that apply to you, see:
- Gigs End User Service Agreement
- Region Specific Terms — includes UK-specific cooling-off rights
Refunds
Refunds are considered when: you were charged after a confirmed cancellation before the renewal date, you were charged twice due to a billing error, or your service was significantly disrupted due to an issue on our end. See How do I request a refund?
Compensation
If you believe you are entitled to compensation — for example, due to a service outage or delayed porting — the process and eligibility criteria depend on your region. Please refer to the Gigs Region Specific Terms or contact support.
