How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your plan from within the app at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How to cancel

  • Open the app → My Plan, Subscription, or Account
  • Select Cancel plan, End subscription, or Manage plan
  • Follow the steps to confirm — you will receive a confirmation once cancellation is scheduled

After cancelling, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

What happens to my phone number?

Your number is released when your plan ends. If you want to keep it, port it out before your plan is cancelled. See ****How do I port my number out?

Can I reactivate after cancelling?

Once a plan ends, reactivation is not guaranteed. If you change your mind, act before the end of your billing cycle — you may be able to reverse a scheduled cancellation from within the app.

UK customers — 14-day cooling-off right

If you signed up within the last 14 days and are based in the UK, you may have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancel through the app as soon as possible.
