How do I change my email address or account details?

Most account details can be updated directly from within the app.
What you can typically update in the app

Email address | Account or Profile → edit option next to your email |

Changing your email address
- Open the app → Account or Profile → select the edit option next to your current email
- Enter your new address and confirm it
- You may receive a verification email to your new address — follow the link to confirm
Make sure you have access to your new email address before confirming. Billing receipts and security emails will be sent there going forward.
I no longer have access to my registered email address
Raise a request through the app using any other contact method available, providing as much account verification information as possible.
