My verification code is not working

If you're not receiving a verification code, or the code isn't being accepted, here's how to fix it.

Not receiving the code

  • Make sure you entered the correct phone number or email
  • Check your spam or filtered inbox if expecting an email
  • Confirm your phone is on a network that can receive SMS — you won't get a text over Wi-Fi only
  • Wait 30–60 seconds — some codes are slightly delayed
  • Request a new code if one is available — do not request multiple codes in quick succession as this can cause all of them to be invalidated

Code is arriving but not accepted

  • Enter it quickly — most codes expire within 5–10 minutes
  • Don't copy-paste if it's adding extra spaces
  • Make sure you're entering the code on the same device and session where you requested it

Still not working

Contact support. Let us know whether you're not receiving the code at all, or receiving it but it won't validate — this helps us identify whether it's a delivery issue or an authentication issue.
