My account information is incorrect

If your name, phone number, email, or billing details look wrong in the app, here's how to check and fix it.

Things to try first

  • Log out and back in — sometimes the app displays cached information that updates on a fresh session
  • Make sure you're on the latest version of the app
  • Confirm you're logged into the correct account if you have multiple

Updating your details

Most account details can be updated directly in the app. Go to your account or profile settings and look for an Edit option next to the field you want to change. See How do I change my email address or account details?

If you can't update a field

Some details — like your phone number or name — may be locked once the account is created, or may require identity verification to change. Contact support with what you'd like updated and we can process it on our end.
