SIMs Tab

In the SIMs tab, you’ll be able to see the complete inventory of SIMs available to your project. On this main page, you'll be able to see an overview including:

  • ICCID or the serial number unique to each SIM

  • Provider (the network providing connectivity)

  • The type of SIM (whether it's an eSIM or physical SIM

  • The date the SIM was created or uploaded to the project

As per the screenshot above, you can filter this page by status. To do this, click on the subtitles directly under the SIMs page title - for example Active, those currently in use and associated with a subscription; or Inactive, those held in the inventory that aren't in use.

In the top right corner, you can see some more buttons. These are:

Export

By clicking on this, you can export all the information in the SIMs tab into a CSV format. Our customers use this typically for internal reporting, or maintaining other records if necessary.

Search Bar

This can be used to find a SIM in your project, which is particularly useful when the user base gets bigger and bigger or for any support enquiries. Search using the ICCID, IMEI or SIM ID.

Individual SIM Pages

If you click into an individual SIM, you'll see a page similar to the screenshot below. This will include more detailed information, such as the Subscription it's associated with and Device if it's currently active.

Also, for eSIMs that are currently in use, you can see more information regarding activation along the left hand side. For example, the Activation Code and QR Code which are shown to the end user during the activation process. These are useful for a support perspective, both hidden by default and can be revealed in one click.

There are no further actions on this page regarding SIMs. For exchanging SIMs or other functionalities, please refer to our Guide: Subscription Tab article.
