Updated over a week ago

Overview

In the Subscriptions tab, you’ll be able to see all Subscriptions in your project with a quick overview of relevant information for that subscription:

  • Plan

  • The subscription's activation status

  • User (by name)

  • SIM ICCID number (including the carrier for that SIM)

  • Date the subscription was created

* When looking at Canceled and Ended subscriptions, you will also see a column for Cancelation Reason.

Filter

To filter the results on the page, click on the Filter button under the Subscriptions page tabs. From there, you can filter the results by:

  • User

  • Status

  • Canceled

  • Plan

  • SIM

  • Phone Number

You can also quickly filter the results by their status by clicking on the subtitles (or tabs) directly under the Subscriptions page title. These are labeled as followed:

  • All

    • Shows all subscriptions in your project

  • Active

    • Shows all active subscriptions, including ones that have been canceled but ended yet

  • Canceled

    • Shows all canceled subscriptions that haven't ended yet

  • Pending

    • Shows all subscriptions that have a pending status and haven't activated yet

  • Ended

    • Shows all subscriptions that have fully ended

Add Subscription

This is a new feature, soon to be released - this will allow dashboard members to create their own subscriptions directly from the dashboard.

Export

By clicking on this, you can export all the currently filtered information in the Subscriptions tab into a CSV format. Our customers use this typically for internal reporting, or other records if necessary.

Search Bar

This can be used to find a subscription in your project, which is particularly useful when the user base gets bigger and bigger as you grow with Gigs. Search using the ICCID, IMEI or subscription ID.

Individual Subscription Pages

If you click into an individual Subscription, you'll see a page similar to the screenshot below. This will include more detailed information, such as the:

  • Usage

  • User

  • Plan

  • SIM

  • Device

  • Payments made during the subscription duration

You can also see the subscription settings along the left hand side - such as Period Length, Subscription Type, Phone Number and Subscription ID.

This information is all included as part of the CSV file exported from the main page.

Also on this page, the Actions button in the top right corner will allow you to do several different actions, including:

  • Cancel the Subscription

  • Exchange the SIM associated with the Subscription

  • Replace the device associated with the subscription

  • Generate port-out credentials

  • Copy the ICCID, end-user's email or the subscription ID

If you choose to cancel a subscription, you will see a box similar to the following image:

Here, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • When should the subscription cancel?

  • Will there be a full refund or no refund?

  • What is the cancelation reason?
