How will I receive my eSIM?

You won't receive a physical SIM card — your eSIM is delivered digitally and can be installed on your device within minutes.

After purchase, your eSIM will be provided through one of the following:

On-screen immediately after checkout
In the app where you purchased your plan — look for an eSIM or Activate section
By email or SMS, with a QR code or installation link

Scan the QR code or tap the activation link and your eSIM will download directly to your device. Make sure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing — see Is my device eSIM compatible?

You need a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to download the eSIM. You cannot install it without internet access.
