How to replace a SIM
Last updated: April 3, 2026
If your SIM or eSIM is lost, damaged, expired, or not working and you need a new one, you can request a replacement through the app or by contacting support.
When you need a replacement
- Your physical SIM is lost or damaged
- Your eSIM QR code expired before you installed it
- Your eSIM was deleted and cannot be reinstalled on the same device
- You've moved to a new device and your eSIM cannot be transferred
How to request a replacement
Open the app → go to your subscription or SIM details → look for a Replace SIM or Request new eSIM option. If this option isn't visible, contact support directly.
Have your account details ready. For eSIM replacements, let us know which device you'll be installing the new profile on.
What happens to your number
Your phone number stays the same. The replacement SIM or eSIM is linked to your existing subscription — only the profile itself is replaced.
