How to find your ICCID

Your ICCID is the unique serial number tied to your SIM or eSIM. You may be asked for it when activating your plan, troubleshooting connectivity, or verifying your line.

On iPhone

Settings → General → About → scroll to ICCID

If you have two SIMs, each will have a separate ICCID. Make sure you provide the one for the line you're troubleshooting.

On Android / Samsung

Settings → About phone → Status → ICCID or SIM status

Or: Settings → Connections → SIM card manager → tap the SIM → ICCID

From the app

You can also find your ICCID in the app where you manage your plan — look under your subscription or SIM details.

What if I don't see it?

Some devices show the ICCID as "SIM serial number." If you still can't find it, contact support and we can look it up from your account.
