How do I set up or access voicemail?

Voicemail is included with most plans. You need to set it up the first time before it will work.

Setting up voicemail — iPhone

  • Phone app → Voicemail → Set Up Now
  • Create a PIN and record a greeting if prompted

Setting up voicemail — Android

  • Phone app → tap and hold the 1 key to dial voicemail directly
  • Follow the automated prompts to set a PIN and greeting

iPhone: Phone app → Voicemail → Greeting (top left) to change greeting; hold 1 to dial in and follow prompts to change PIN
