Can I make calls or send texts internationally?

International calling and texting — contacting numbers in other countries from your home country — is a separate feature from roaming and is not included on most plans by default.

How to check if your plan includes international calling or texting

• Open the app → My Plan or Plan Details

• Look for International calls, International texts, or International use

• If not listed, it is most likely not included

Dialing format for international calls and texts

Must use the full international format: + [country code] [number without leading zero]

On most devices, enter + by holding down the 0 key on the dial pad.
