Why is my data usage not updating?

On Gigs lines that run on the AT&T network, data usage can take up to 24 hours to appear in your usage view. This is a limitation of how AT&T reports usage to us, not a sign that anything is wrong.
What this means
- Data you used today may not appear in your app or Dashboard usage view until tomorrow.
- Your service is not affected by this lag — your plan's allowance is available in real time.
- If your plan has a data cap and you're approaching it, factor in that recent usage may not yet be reflected.
When to contact us
If your usage hasn't updated after more than 24 hours, or if you believe usage is being counted incorrectly, get in touch and we'll investigate.
