If a discount, voucher, or promo code wasn't applied to your plan or payment, here's what to check.
Check the code was entered correctly
Promo codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided — including any hyphens or special characters. Check no extra spaces were included.
Check whether the code applies to your plan
- New customers only — not valid if you already have or previously had an active plan
- Specific plan only — the code may not apply to the plan you selected
- One-time use — the code may have already been used on another account
- Expiry date — the code may have expired before you used it
When the discount should appear
Some discounts apply at checkout immediately. Others apply from the next billing cycle. Check your invoice or payment history to confirm.
If the code should have applied but didn't
Raise it through the app. Include: the code, the plan you signed up for, the date of the charge, and the amount you expected to pay.
