How to make a payment

Most plans are billed automatically on renewal. If you need to make a manual payment — for example, to clear a failed charge or top up your balance — here's how.

In the app

Open the app → go to your subscription or billing section → look for a Make a payment, Pay now, or Retry payment option.

If your payment previously failed, the app may prompt you to update your payment method before retrying. See How do I update my payment method?

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Additional methods may be available depending on your plan or partner

If payment keeps failing

Check that your card details are entered correctly, the billing address matches what your bank has on file, and that your card hasn't expired. See My payment failed — what do I do?
