What happens when I run out of data?

What happens depends on your plan. Check your plan details in the app to see which applies to you.
Your data is paused until the next cycle
On most plans, mobile data stops when your allowance is used up. Calls and texts are not affected.
Your data is slowed to a reduced speed
Some plans throttle your connection to a reduced speed rather than cutting it off entirely.
Wi-Fi is not affected. If you have access to Wi-Fi you can continue using the internet normally regardless of your mobile data status.
When does my data reset?
At the start of each billing cycle. See your next renewal date in the app under your plan details.
Can I get more data before my cycle renews?
Check the app for Add data, Top up, or Extras. If no option appears, additional data is not available for your plan.
Will I be automatically charged for extra data?
No. You will not be charged for data beyond your allowance unless you actively purchase an add-on.
