How to check your usage

You can check your remaining data, calls, and SMS allowance directly in the app at any time.

Finding your usage

Open the app and look for one of the following sections depending on your app's layout:

  • My Plan or Plan Details
  • Usage or Data Usage
  • Account → Subscription

This will show your current allowance, how much you have used, and how much remains.

What the usage screen shows

  • Data remaining — how much high-speed data is left in your current cycle
  • Cycle end date — when your allowance resets
  • Calls and SMS — shown if your plan includes a specific allowance (unlimited plans may not show a counter)

Usage not updating

Data usage figures can take up to a few hours to refresh. If the figure looks wrong:

  • Pull to refresh or close and reopen the app
  • Usage from the last few hours may not yet be reflected

Your data resets at the start of each billing cycle, not on a rolling 30-day basis.
