How to get started

Welcome. This guide walks you through the first steps after signing up for a mobile plan.
Step 1 — Check your device
Before doing anything else, confirm your device is compatible with your new plan. See Is my device eSIM compatible? and Is my device carrier-unlocked?
Step 2 — Install your SIM or eSIM
After purchase, your eSIM will be available through the app or by email. See How will I receive my eSIM? for how to find it, then follow the installation guide for your device:

Step 3 — Confirm your plan is active
Open the app and check that your subscription shows as Active. If it's still showing as Pending after a few minutes, see My subscription won't activate.
Step 4 — Bring your number (optional)
If you want to keep your existing phone number, start a port-in from the app. See How do I port my number in?
