Where to find your plan details
- Open the app → My Plan, Subscription, or Account
- Your plan name, data allowance, call and text inclusions, renewal date, and price are all shown here
What your plan details show
Field | What it means |
Data allowance | Total mobile data included per billing cycle |
Calls and texts | Whether included and any limits |
Renewal date | When your current cycle ends and renews |
Plan price | What you are charged each cycle |
Remaining data | How much of your allowance is left this cycle |
Do calls and texts use my data?
Standard calls and SMS do not use your mobile data allowance. Apps that make calls or send messages over the internet — such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, or iMessage — do use data.
